During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable rooms. The hotel's strategic location near the main attractions allowed us to explore the city without worrying about transportation. we appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.
The internet connection was not reliable, which was a bit frustrating. the breakfast options were limited and lacked variety.

The hotel was in a nice location, very close to several key tourist spots. the staff was friendly and we were greeted with a lovely bowl of fruit in the room. It was also a nice surprise to find a bathtub with jets in the bathroom - just what we needed for our romantic escape.
the breakfast served catered more towards local tastes and did not have many options for Europeans.

the location couldn't be better, with several dining options within walking distance. the room was clean and spacious, complete with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. the friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the unique and impressive national-style decor throughout the hotel.

Convenient location, impressive interior, quiet and clean rooms, adorable staff. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfortable beds. Full tasty breakfast, great lunch. Good care and relaxation for a reasonable price.

The hotel's central location near the iconic Baiterek monument was a major plus. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy breathtaking views. The staff's exceptional service stood out as they were always ready to assist us and spoke fluent English. The rooms were spacious and clean, matching the pictures on the website. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of both location and service.

The location of this hotel is second to none. Situated in the heart of the city, it is just a stone's throw away from the iconic Baiterek monument, allowing guests to easily explore the main sights without needing a taxi.
